Aviva Community Fund teams up with Crowdfunder
The Aviva Community Fund has relaunched and is calling on small charities and community interest groups with an annual turnover under £1 million to submit their community projects on Crowdfunder for the chance to gain up to £50,000 in funding. . Projects must fall within one of their two key funding areas:
- Community resilience: tackling inequality and building more connected communities
- Financial capability and inclusion: helping people to become more financially independent
Unlike previous rounds, there are no activity categories or funding levels. Instead, eligible causes will create a project page where Aviva employees and the public can contribute. Each of Aviva’s employees will receive £60 of funding which they can donate directly to the causes that matter most to them. Read all about the new process here.
