EVENT - Rethinking Reserves

Join us on 10 May for the Rethinking Reserves online event. Chaired by Joanne McCreadie, Chief Executive, The Gannochy Trust and bringing together funders, voluntary sector organisations and other stakeholders, the event aims to:
- demystify reserves, challenge assumptions and understand better what they are and what they are for
- surface some of the barriers, dilemmas and challenges that prevent us making reserves work better and begin thinking about what could help to shift them.
This online event is for anyone interested in a dynamic and resilient voluntary sector, including trustees and staff of organisations involved in management, fundraising and strategy, as well as funders and commissioners.
