Community Cycling Fund

The £1 million Community Cycling Fund has launched ahead of the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships and will support sustainable cycling projects and events across Scotland.
Delivered in partnership between EventScotland, sportscotland and the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships, the fund aims to engage new audiences to participate in organised and inclusive cycling activity and events. There is a focus on engaging under-represented groups, including children and young people, girls and women.
Charitable organisations, and community groups are eligible to apply, however non-Local Authority organisers can only apply with the endorsement of their Local Authority.
Grants of between £5,000 - £15,000 are available and Expressions of Interest are currently open. The deadline for EOIs is 5pm on Monday 20 June 2022.
