SCVO are providing free digital training and support for organisations holding active grants with The National Lottery Community Fund. Our Digital Team are offering two tailored training programmes this autumn to help organisations move forward on their digital journey:

  • Demystifying Service Design: Monthly topic-based sessions on digital approaches for organisations who are just getting started on their digital journey.
  • Re-imagine your services for a post-covid world: A cohort-based service design programme for organisations looking to improve their digital services.

The programme will enable you and your organisation to:

  • Understand the latest digital thinking and approaches, and how these could help you in your mission
  • Become better at rapidly developing and refining new ways of working
  • Reflect on recent progress you have made and plan your next steps
  • Put your hybrid and remote working on a firmer footing to unlock genuine collaboration
  • Develop a structured and practical framework to help you apply service design principles to services and work you are delivering

Who is this training for?

This dedicated programme is available free of charge to organisations holding active grants with The National Lottery Community Fund under the Awards for All, Young Start, Community Led and Improving Lives programmes.
