Integrated Care Fund (ICF)
At the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Strategic Commissioning Group on Wednesday 6th December 2023, the arrangements for the April 2024 - March 2026 cycle of the Integrated Care Fund (ICF) were agreed. £1.3 million will be available over 2 years through this funding.
Applications are now open and will remain open until Midnight on Sunday 4th February 2024.
The VASLan team are dedicated to ensuring the local Third Sector are supported and will provide capacity building support where required during the application process.
