Foundation Scotland - North Rhins Wind Farm Community Fund
Ten community councils are eligible for funding from the fund: Cairnryan, Kirkcolm, New Luce, Old Luce, Portpatrick, Stoneykirk, Lochans, Leswalt, Stranraer (which now includes Ochtrelure & Belmont) and Castle Kennedy.
Foundation Scotland - Old Luce Community Fund
Supports projects located within or directly benefiting the Old Luce Community Council area, including the communities of Glenluce, Dunragit and Auchenmalg. Awards can support a wide range of costs and activities.

Foundation Scotland - SSE Clyde (Dumfries and Galloway) Community Fund
Funds community and charitable projects in 12 community council areas. Grants are available for projects which enhance quality of life, contribute to a vibrant community and promote community spirit.

Foux Foundation Grants
The Foux Foundation is focused on helping in the areas of: health, education, youth opportunity and poverty.
Galloway Association of Glasgow
Grants are given to projects that support the youth of Galloway, or help the cultural development of the region or the regeneration of communities within the areas of Wigtown and Kirkcudbright.
George Hunter's Trust
The Trust is for the benefit of the residents of the burgh of Lochmaben and in particular for projects that promote sailing, prizes for school children and anything that improves the amenity of the town.

Money raised from Home Instead Offices and external supporters funds groups who support the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of ageing adults.
SSE - Artfield Fell Wind Farm Community Fund
Provides grants to community and charitable projects in the community council areas of Old Luce and New Luce in Dumfries and Galloway.
SSE - Dumfries & Galloway Sustainable Development Fund
The fund is to be used to provide support for strategic projects in Dumfries and Galloway. Priority areas are: Creating opportunities, Empowering communities and Building sustainable places.
