Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar (Western Isles Council) - Learning & Development Grant
The Comhairle gives grants to approved voluntary bodies for social, cultural or leisure purposes. It also provides a scheme of assistance for community centre, village halls and eligible church halls which are operated by local voluntary organisations.
