The Community Food Fund is intended to support local projects that promote the availability of good quality, affordable food in communities

The Coastal Communities Challenge Fund (CCCF) supports community groups, third sector organisations and small businesses on Aberdeenshire’s coastline and can fund a range of activities with positive economic, social or environmental impacts.

The purpose of the Area Committee Budget is to enhance local service delivery. It supports proposals in line with the priorities in the Area Community Plan.

Funding is available for existing groups, with a track record in youth work provision in Aberdeenshire, to maintain current programmes or, to develop new activities.
The purpose of this budget is to enable the Committee to respond to local issues and needs. Projects which enhance local service delivery and particularly the appearance and level of maintenance of towns and villages will be given preference.

Funding is available for community groups, charities, public sector organisations and cooperatives throughout Aberdeenshire (excluding the Cairngorms area) and can fund specific activities aimed at benefitting rural communities in the region.
The fund is available to community organisations in the Marr Area for projects which aim to help improve local communities.
The Winter Challenge Fund is part of Tackling Poverty and Inequalities Cash First approach which not only supports those in crisis, but ensures there is an integrated approach to accessing services to ensure sustained outcomes. T

Communities across Banff and Buchan can apply for the Banff and Buchan Area Initiatives Fund. It provides funding for projects such as improvements to towns or volunteering schemes.
