Annexe Communities is a community-led charity and development trust serving the Partick and Thornwood neighbourhoods of Glasgow. Established in 1987 to address local issues and improve the lives of residents, including: health & wellbeing initiatives, working with people to alleviate poverty, social prescribing project, particpatory budgeting programme, community development, volunteering and community food initiatives - all from our healthy living centre base.
