Inspiring Scotland - Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support Fund

The aim of the Survivors of Childhood Abuse Support (SOCAS) is for adult survivors of childhood abuse to enjoy a safe and healthy life, with improved wellbeing, and feel an increased sense of safety and trust with their support and relationships.
Funding will strengthen existing third sector organisations which support adult survivors of childhood abuse. This fund aims to sustain and build upon current service provision. Priority will be given to programmes of work which continue and/or improve an existing service for adult survivors of childhood abuse.
The outcomes of the SOCAS 2024 fund are:
- Survivors have improved health and wellbeing
- Survivors feel an increased sense of safety and trust with their support and in their relationships

Who can apply
Eligible organisations applying will be one of the following:
- A Company Limited by Guarantee AND registered with OSCR
- A Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) – who are automatically registered with OSCR
- Community Benefit Society AND registered with OSCR
You must already be delivering services to adult survivors of childhood abuse.
