The Foundation provides funding of up to £250,000 for major capital projects that will cost at least £1M and support the commitment to creating new and sustainable capacity that will transform lives and bring about a step change in the way care is delivered.

The Foundation supports certain charities every year but is still open to applications from new charities.

Applications must fit their 4 themes:

• Health & wellbeing
• Independent living
• Respite
• Transition
