The Three Guineas Trust - Access to Justice for Disabled People

This programme is for grants to projects supporting Disabled or neurodivergent people to exercise their rights on:
- Income, welfare benefits or debt
- Housing and homelessness
- Community care
- Personal liberty
- Equal access to goods and services. There are no restrictions on what the grant can be used for provided the funding furthers access to justice for disabled people.
Grants will be awarded by a panel of 10-12 people people with lived experience of disability and learned experience of legal advice. The panel will also help shape the direction of this programme.

Who can apply
Not-for-profit organisations looking to provide legal advice, advocacy, or overcome barriers to access advice and advocacy services for Disabled or neurodivergent people.
Joint applications and partnership projects are welcome.
