Details

The Randal Foundation is committed to supporting innovative projects and initiatives that drive positive, life saving and life-transforming change in communities in the UK and around the world. Organisations should only enquire if you are delivering directly lifesaving impact, and/or impact which is significantly improving lives as a direct result of their interventions.

Enquiries can be made for grant support for projects only with the following themes:

  • Alleviating poverty, specifically directly and sustainably alleviating extreme poverty
  • Healthcare for the vulnerable, making lasting change and bringing immediate benefit
  • Tackling mental ill-health, addressing root causes and supporting long-term recovery
  • Education for the most disadvantaged, tackling systemic inequalities, releasing potential and creating opportunity for children and young people. Excludes education supplementing or replacing state obligations
  • Prisoner rehabilitation, reducing reoffending and supporting reintegration into society
  • Woman and children at risk of violence and exploitation, providing protection, support, and pathways to safety and stability

Enquiries are invited for projects shown to deliver proven, effective impact as well as innovative, novel or disruptive projects which the applicant considers can make a real difference – linked (specifically and clearly) to one or more of the three themes noted above. Funding available is limited to projects or elements of projects which can be completed within 12 months from receipt of funding.
