- Youth Support: Raising the aspirations of disadvantaged young people and supporting youth projects through education, the arts, sport and adventurous activities.
- Disabled Support: Improving the quality of life of those living with a physical or mental disability.
- Supporting the Elderly and Terminally Ill: Improving the quality of life of the elderly and those receiving end of life care.
- Miscellaneous Support: Supporting other social welfare projects such as those for carers, the homeless and ex-offenders.

When to apply
The Trustees meet four times per year to review grant applications which should be received at least 6 weeks before the review meeting. Upcoming meeting dates are:
- 22 October 2025 (Deadline 10 September)
- 21 January 2026 (Deadline 10 December 2025)
- 22 April 2026 (Deadline 11 March)
