Makes small grants to support smaller charities providing practical and emotional support to people with – or at high risk of – physical or mental ill health, people living with disability, and their families and carers.
They accept applications from charities which offer practical and emotional support to improve health and care for:
- Older people
- People with disabilities or living with serious illness
- People needing palliative and end of life care, or
- People facing challenges with mental health, social exclusion or homelessness

Who can apply
Applications are only accepted from charities registered and operating within the UK whose annual income is less than £2 million. Charities must have been registered for more than two years.

When to apply
Applications can be made at any time. You can only apply once in a 12 month period.
How to apply
Apply online via the Trust's website, ensuring you attach all of the requested documents. You will be asked for a copy of the charity’s most recent signed accounts and a bank statement dated within the last 3 months.
