Details

Each of Glasgow’s 21 Area Partnerships has an annual budget from which it awards grants for a variety of developmental projects. Area Partnerships allocate funding that will assist in the delivery of their agreed Area Budget Investment Priorities. It is designed to provide relatively small, one-off grants throughout the year, ensuring that a wide range of new and existing local organisations can access funding each year to develop their activities.

It can fund a wide variety of developmental projects including: projects that promote community activity; short-term/pilot projects (including staff costs); new equipment/materials for local organisations; activity costs at residential centres; environmental improvements; production of educational plays/materials; hire professional instructors; start-up grants or bus hire for day trips.
