Help The Homeless
Details
The principal aim is to support the care and treatment of the single homeless. The reasons for their being homeless vary, but may include ill-health, those who are discharged offenders, drug and drink addicts or other adverse circumstances in their lives.
They financially support charities operating in the field of homelessness hostels, drop-in centres and the like with grants for items of capital expenditure directly related to the provision of housing for homeless people. All applications must relate to projects that assist individuals in their return to mainstream society, rather than simply offer shelter or other forms of sustenance.
